What changed
- Windows: TMPlayer starts again on computers where it closed at once with "failedChats must not be null"
- Desktop Home: one starred chat is enough for the carousel, and the rows no longer jump while Home fills in
- Casting: subtitles show on the TV, and a soundtrack the TV cannot play is converted on the phone so it is heard, with its audio and subtitle choices kept
- Casting: the device list stays open and says it is connecting until the TV is ready, and a 4K video on a 1080p TV says so instead of failing
- Casting: if the connection to the TV drops, the video waits with Reconnect and Play here instead of starting on the phone, and a short pause from Telegram is retried
- The update window shows what changed as a list, on phone, TV and desktop
- On a phone, the screen shown when a video stops arriving fits sideways and upright
